Information We Collect

Moonhunter collects account and service information needed to operate the product, including your sign-in email address, basic profile details, account identifiers, session records, and service activity connected with your use of the platform.

Moonhunter may also collect technical information required for security and operations, such as browser type, device characteristics, IP-derived diagnostics, session timestamps, and pages or features used inside the service.

Google Sign-In Data

If you sign in with Google, Moonhunter requests only the following Google account data: Google account email address, Google profile name, Google profile photo, Google account subject identifier.

Moonhunter requests only the basic Google scopes openid, email, profile. Moonhunter does not request or access Gmail content, Google Drive files, Google Calendar data, Google Contacts, any restricted or sensitive Google API scope beyond basic sign-in.

How We Use Google User Data

Moonhunter uses Google user data only to authenticate you, create or maintain your Moonhunter account, display your basic profile inside the product, protect account security, and operate the session or subscription features you request.

Moonhunter does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Sharing and Service Providers

Moonhunter may share account or service information with infrastructure, authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, or support providers only to the extent needed to operate the service on Moonhunter’s behalf.

Moonhunter may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce its terms, to investigate misuse, or to protect Moonhunter, its users, or third parties against fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Retention, Deletion, and Security

Moonhunter retains personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account integrity, comply with billing or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service against fraud or abuse.

If you request deletion, Moonhunter will delete or anonymize data that is no longer required for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or security purposes. Moonhunter uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting Moonhunter at [email protected]. Requests should be sent from the email address associated with your account whenever possible.

Moonhunter may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, Moonhunter will update the published revision date on this page and publish the revised policy on the public website.
