Moonhunter is a public CEX–CEX crypto arbitrage scanner that displays exchange, market, liquidity, fee, and transfer information. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

Opportunity cards and detail pages are provided for research purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice or a guarantee of executable profit.

Moonhunter currently provides its public scanner, filters, and opportunity detail pages without requiring a user account or paid subscription.

Moonhunter may limit or suspend access when necessary to prevent abuse, protect service availability, or address security or legal risk.

You may not misuse Moonhunter, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

You may not rely on Moonhunter as the sole source for execution decisions without independently verifying pricing, liquidity, venue availability, fees, and execution constraints.

Moonhunter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonhunter and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment-related losses arising from use of the service or reliance on displayed information.

Moonhunter may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
