Moonhunter is an analytics and market intelligence interface. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or fiduciary.
Information presented in Moonhunter is provided for research and execution support purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Moonhunter may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these terms, for abuse, or in a way that creates security or legal risk.
Moonhunter is currently available without charge during the active early-access period described on the pricing page. No payment is required to use the product while that temporary access window remains open.
Moonhunter may introduce paid plans later. If that happens, pricing, billing timing, access duration, and any refund rules will be published on the pricing page before those paid plans take effect.
You may not misuse Moonhunter, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
You may not rely on Moonhunter as the sole source for execution decisions without independently verifying pricing, liquidity, venue availability, fees, and execution constraints.
Moonhunter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
